Tuition And Fees For Online Allied Health School

Fees are subject to change as determined by the Institute. Those enrolled in a program, however, will maintain the tuition posted on the date of their official enrollment. Official enrollment requires a tuition payment and the admission fee.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

In order for a Student to cancel or withdraw from any program, the following conditions must be met: Three Business-Day Cancellations If requested within three business days after signing an enrollment agreement and making an initial payment, the student is not accepted by the school or for any reason is unable to begin class; all payments will be refunded including the application fee. Upon receipt of the refund, the student agrees that its receipt constitutes a full and complete release of IIH from any and all liabilities. All governmental and agency refunds will be made within the required time limits of the funding agency. A student who returns to IIH after withdrawing must sign a new Enrollment Agreement and will be subject to the then-current price of tuition.

1. Cancellation can be made in person, by electronic mail, by certified mail or by termination as determined by school officials.
2. All monies will be refunded if the school does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making initial payment.
3. Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before the first class, results in a refund of all monies paid, with the exception of the registration fee.
4. Cancellation after attendance has begun, but before 40% completion of the program, will result in a prorated refund computed on the number of hours completed to the total program hours.
5. Cancellation after completing 40% of the program will result in no refund.
6. Termination Date: In calculating the refund due a student, the last date of actual attendance by the student is used in the calculation unless earlier written notice is received. Refunds will be made within 30 days or 45 days from the last date of attendance, whichever is sooner.
7. Refunds will be made within 45 days termination of a student's enrollment or receipt of Cancellation Notice from the student.
8. A student's enrollment can be terminated at the discretion of the governing board for insufficient academic progress, non-payment of academic costs, or failure to comply with rules.
